HARDWICK beg to announce that they have received Instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on Monday the 26th Day of SEPTEMBER INST., at the Fleet Mills, near Leeds, (the Property of the late E. Wainhouse, Esq.,) ALL THE EXTENSIVE, IMPORTANT, AND VALUABLE LIVE AND DEAD STOCK AND OTHER EFFECTS, including:

TO BE LET, with immediate possession, all those WATER-POWERED MILLS, called FLEET MILLS, situate on the River Aire near Oulton-with-Woodlesford, about six miles below Leeds; together with above forty-seven acres of LAND all of which surrounds the mills, in a ring fence, and is principally in grass; and also a dwelling-house for a tenant, a house for a manager, seven cottages, barn, stables, mistals, piggeries, and other farm conveniences. These mills consist of one corn mill, containing one pair of grey stones, three pair of French stones, one dressing machine, one corn screen and fan; one oil mill, containing one pair of edge stones and two presses with kettles, oil cisterns, and seed rolls; one whiting and flint mill, containing three whiting and flint tubs; one washing tub, seven stampers, a drying kiln, a flint kiln, pumps, cisterns, &c., and ten colour or fret tubs. Fleet Mills stand about equidistant from Leeds, Wakefield, and Pontefract, and have all the advantages of water communication by the River Aire and Calder. Mr. Horn, who resides on the premises, will shew them; and further particulars may be obtained from Mr. PRIESTLEY, at the Navigation Office, in Wakefield.
